At Otra Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
